1. 30-Day Guarantee
Under our premium customer charter, you have a full 30 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep to request a return or a full financial refund. 

2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a successful return, your item must remain in the same condition that you received it: unused, unaltered, undamaged, and resting securely inside its original packaging with all protective inserts intact. 

3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated support team at support@thenookstudiouk.com with your 4-digit order number (e.g., #1001). Our team will issue a secure return authorization and provide the address of our local processing facility. Please note that customers are responsible for covering local tracked return postage fees.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items
Every shipment is fully insured by our logistics line. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or broken in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photograph of the issue. We will instantly dispatch a brand-new replacement piece to your doorstep completely free of charge.

5. Pay out & Refund Processing
Once your return parcel is checked into our facility, we will process your full refund immediately. The funds will be credited automatically back to your original payment method.
